Of course you did. :p

Taurquende, honestly. How is it that you still have your fingers after making that pumpkin!

:teehee:

I just wish I'd thought of it.

I eventually did... erm... 1 Barbossa, which I was really proud of considering I had never done anything like it before, 4 attempts at the Headless Horseman (oh, the grief over that one) and I also did another of Prince John and Sir Hiss from Disney's Robin Hood.

I was going to do Gandalf, but they stopped selling pumpkins. :-(

Dude... where are the pictures of those? They sound amazing! I mean, Barbossa, alone was amazing but all those others? :O

I'll have to find the pictures and post them. The Horseman was really a pain, but I was determined to do it. The Prince John one was done on the opposite side to a ruined Horseman, which is why it looks quite rough, but I didn't want to throw out yet another vegetable without making use of it. :P

[goes to find piccies]

EDIT: Ker-ching! :P

Don't tell, but it actually wasn't that hard. :P I blew up the print of the ring inscription in photoshop, printed it out, taped it onto the pumpkin, and used this pointy-tool thing we had lying around the house from when my mom and I used to take pottery lessons to stick a bunch of consecutive holes where I wanted the writing to be. Then I fleshed (or rather de-fleshed) it out so the light could shine through, and voila! Add a touch of my cruelty, malice, and my will to dominate all life and I had it. ;) There was some frustration, but it went pretty smoothly. :D

I thought JF should have one. The Barbossa was awesome! :pirate:
