Rules
- Blend must be original, not pre-made.
- Blend must be normal size.
- Blend must feature art by John Howe and/or Alan Lee.
- You may only make one blend.
- There are 10 spots available for this contest. [Exceptions may be made.]
- All banners must be submitted by midnight Saturday, 7 February. [Different time zones will be taken into consideration.]
