Welcome to the second round of this year’s Return of the Rings Official Contest!!
This round is all about The Shire. Create the assigned graphic and post it here to be voted on. At the end of RotR all of the points will be tallied and the top three contest winners from the enter celebration will be posted. Remember to represent and have fun!
