As some of you may be aware, one of the key problems here on AU regarding contests is finding enough people to vote when the time comes. Sometimes it is due to people who are willing to vote, not being aware of anything happening in the contest section, and other times it's more to do with free time.
Hopefully we can address one of these problems here.
I would like any able bodied AU'er, who is happy to be poked, prodded, pointed, lead, alerted, kidnapped, dragged or otheriwse made aware that a contest needs votes, to put down their name as an Able Bodied Voter.
What this means is, when a contest has reached the voting stage, the contest master will send you a brief PM, inform you what contest needs your help, send you the link, and then your job will begin. You hop on over whenever you can, vote and it will be drinks all round (orange juice for the non-alcoholics amongst us *hic*).
So, if you are interested in this scheme, make your mark and you will be added to the list. NOTE: Please specify whether you are interested in voting for writing/poetry contests. Any voter will be automatically assumed as being happy to vote for graphics, but as writing voting can be only for certain people, please make sure you let me know that you are happy to judge poetry etc.
