Okay, question on the traditional art one. :P Does our interpretation have to be reasonable in a Middle-Earth setting? Like, let's say I do an interpretation of Legolas as a construction worker (this is just an example, not what I'd do :P). Would something like that be okay, where we put LotR characters into a different setting/time period? Because I have a few ideas for something like that, but I don't think I have the talent to re-create them in a "traditional" way.

I didn't specifically define what 'your interpretation' means so I think it might be interesting to see what people come up with if they do decide to go beyond the Middle-Earth parameters. All I wanted was to not see a picture of Liv as Arwen or Elijah as Frodo or a copy of a film promo/cap as I think it's more of a challenge.

Personally I think that not Middle Earth interpretations would be awesome to see especially if they;re as funny as this

^ Haha, I was going to mention Broship of the Rings. I didn't though because I was planning a serious picture. :P Excellent, though, now I can go start on my idea. :D (Which means I'm joining that contest too, obviously)
