Okay, well you kinda make a persuasive banner about Hurricane Katrina and the damage she did down in New Orleans and anywhere else...

Rules:
-Must be a reasonable banner size
-Must have something to do with Hurricane Katrina
-Maximum of two banners per person

^And that's basically it...

Personally, I don't think a contest for Hurricane Katrina is necessary. Families have died down there and I just don't think this is the best thing to do =/
