 I decided to make another banner contest. Okay here are the rules.  The banner has to be about one of the Harry Potter movies. You can do charactars, places, things, ect.........Doesn't matter what movie you choose. You can ony enter one banner. There are only ten spots but if someone else wants to come I can add an extra spot. You can choose the size and text. For anymore info just ask me.Have fun!
