This contest is a popular one on a few other sites and I thought I would bring it here! I will take 10 entrees.

This is how it will go. I will have 5 sentences, all cut off, and you write your funny(or by all means serious) ending to the sentence. Exp:

1. .... have asked for directions before setting out for Rohan.

2. ...Pippin switch Legolas' shampoo with a red dye- guarenteed to turn the elf into a permanent red-head.

3. ...was shocked when Aragorn perform for the Fellowship...how was I to know he intended to sing and dance while juggling an apple?

4. ...get so offended over Gollum stealing one of his taters.

5. ...and promptly was lost. Of course, he didn't realize he was lost (since, after all, he was the one who had lost himself) and soon wandered back.

3. ... feeling woozy, Pippin had been spiking the punch throughout the party.
4. ... be a prankster, but when he came at me with the frying pan covered in something red, I hoped to Sauron it was a prank!
5. ... and were not quite sure where he went.. somewhere near Moria, no wait Lorien... oh I'm not sure, that Bill.. wandering everywhere.

Heres my entry, and it's not so bad methinks...lol

1.... have stayed in Rivendell (to be with me of course!)

2.... a wild animal last night, or it could have just been Aragorn in the woods...you never really can tell sometimes.

3.... thought Legolas' hairbrush seemed familiar!! It's mine!!

4.... elope with an Elvish maiden.

5.... until he wandered off the map.

I'll enter!

1...get his hair done in dreadlocks.
2... a snake exploded from eating an alligator!
3... have furry feet, I just discovered I'm part hobbit!
4... replace Mr. Frodo's lembas bread with pressed raw fish.
5... into my barn!

I don't really have furry feet, but it's the best I could think of. lol

hehe. This is fun! :-D

1. Sauron is... a gold obsessed pirate who has severe eye irritation (conjunctivitis a.k.a pink eye)
2. I knew Eomer should have... ordered the chicken sandwich instead of the Big Mac. Now his horse can't carry him.
3. Brego and Shadowfax... plan to have an intervention for Arod.
4. Gollum bit... this dude, and this dude turned into "gollum-man"
5. There's no way... I would go to Gollum's cave now!

1. Sauron is...weird and crazy and should use llamas instead of horses, because llamas rock

2. I knew Eomer should have...shut up before Eowyn whacked him over the head with a stick out of annoyance

3. Brego and Shadowfax...should be replaced by llamas or chickens

4. Gollum bit...his tongue and fell out of his cave

5. There's no way...I could dangle upside down by my feet

1. Sauron is... always late for his appointments, mostly because the Arm of Sauron keeps forgetting to put on a watch.

2. I knew Eomer should have... left well enough alone and not commented on Grima's lack of eybrows.... that's a very sensitive subject for the guy- he's worried his head hair will be next.

3. Brego and Shadowfax were shocked to hear Gandalf and Aragorn plotting to steal Legolas' shampoo, but once they realized that meant Aragorn would wash his hair, they were all for it.

4. Gollum bit... into a tater for the first time in his life and soon found himself and Sam as involved members of Taterholics Anonomous

5. There's no way...
