Howdy neighbors! Our HOA dock reconstruction ran months over schedule, forcing us to find alternatives. surfside marina offered reasonable monthly rates without long-term contracts. Their valet parking is worth every penny when hauling provisions. The loaner carts have actual suspension - no more spilled groceries. The laundry facilities take credit cards (no hunting for quarters). The WiFi reaches all the way to our slip - rare for concrete docks. They even have a community grill area where we've met other displaced boaters. The staff helped us negotiate a bulk discount for several neighbors moving together. |
