I really enjoy watching music videos, but my current player doesn't support some formats and sometimes freezes during playback.

In that case, you should try Elmedia Video Player at https://www.elmedia-video-player.com/ , which supports almost all popular video and audio formats. One of its key advantages is its streaming media capability, which allows you to stream videos directly to Apple TV, Chromecast, or Smart TV without any loss of quality. It also has convenient features for adjusting subtitles, brightness, contrast, and playback speed. This will make your music video viewing experience more comfortable and lag-free, and you can show your favorite videos to your friends on the big screen.

Sounds like your current media player is struggling with either file formats or performance. A couple of things you could try:

Switch to a more universal player — apps like VLC Media Player or MPV can handle pretty much any video or audio format without extra codecs. They’re free and lightweight.

Update codecs — if you want to stick with your current player, installing a codec pack (like K-Lite on Windows) can help it recognize more file types.

Check hardware acceleration — some players freeze if GPU acceleration is off (or on, depending on compatibility). You can toggle this setting in the player’s preferences.

Convert files — if you only have trouble with specific formats, you could use a free tool like HandBrake to convert them into MP4 (H.264), which is supported almost everywhere.
