I would have picked either evenstar of mirkwood, LOTRFerak13, Leggieluver, Isty, Johnny's Fan, Celebwen, Ororuthiel, or Blueyedgirl4god, but I chose Leggieluver's in the end. (Celebwen a close second!)

Riniel Anariel: I like the effect with the text on the two Arwen banners!
Lady Silme (or Lady Eowyn can't figure it out?): I simply adore your Eowyn+Faramir banner, I do not believe this darkness will endure!!
Lotrfreak13: Great banners - as usual!!!
Blueeyedgirl4God: Nice choice of theme, I have never seen that on a banner before, very original!
Ororuthiel: I love the effect on the Aragorn banner and the Aragorn + legolas one is really good... just I can't read the text because the frame/border has moved..
Shieldmaiden: I like all of your banners!
Celebwen: Great colors... the atmosphere is creepy!! And that's supposed to be a compliment... I hope!!!
Johnny's Fan: You've really become a good graphic maker, I like especially the first Arwen and the Galadriel banner!
arwenevenstar: Great idea to use one of the lesser known elves!
Lady Isteleth: I like the font on The Passing of the Elves and the effect on the two other banners!
Leggieluver: Nice effect on the Legolas banner.
ShadowRanger: Really really great banners. I'm in love with your Eowyn+Faramir banner!!!!

Hard vote, but I went with LOTRfreak13's entries - love the textures!

Unfortunately it's impossible to change a vote (well, nearly - it could be done, but it would mean sorting through every single vote ever recorded on the forum :p), so I think Shieldmaiden's idea of factoring in your real vote is the best bet.
