Actually I cannot make any difference between them because I like all of them. As a matter of fact, they are all my favourite.

The same goes for me as well, because I loke them all, but in different ways. Treebeard, Éomer, Éowyn, Theoden, Theodred, Grima, Gamling, Hama, Faramir, Denethor, and so on! I love them all, but, as I said, I love each of them in a different way.
But it is clear, that Éowyn is my favourite one! ![Happy :)](./images/smilies/cheerful1.gif)

Well I had a hard time between Eowyn and Eomer, but in the end I picked Eowyn.

i dont like gollum and wormtongue AT ALL. they're in the forces of evil...and gollum is absolutely annoying (in a way, but andy serkis did an excellent job! i just dont like the character, but the way tolkien managed to make that irritable, annoying thing help Frodo in the end, was touching!)

they are all in a way interesting, because if there weren't the 'bad guys' the story wouldn't be half as good!!!!!

Faramir for sure. ![Grin :D](./images/smilies/biggrin.gif) No doubt in my mind. Eomer is second though, not to far behind. Maybe if Eomer's part was bigger....nope Faramir still wins for me ![Grin :D](./images/smilies/biggrin.gif) .

As I've stated in other posts Theoden is my favorite of the "supporting" characters. He's starts out so lowly, and rises to great honor, and well deserved honor to boot.

I'm going along with Theoden on this one..once he was released from Saruman's control by Gandalf, and started acting the way he was as Rohan's king..he became one of my personal favorites that were introduced in that movie. heck, his battle cry at the end during the battle of Helm's Deep was great as well. it was forth...forth..well, I know what it is, I just can't spell out the last word..XD;

You've picked a great character. Theoden embodies what we should all strive for. To live a long life, and have nothing but a meaningful existence throughout.
