Yes, the wolf attack in The Fellowship of the Ring was made up of Wargs, not normal wolves.

To prove this:
"It is as I feared,' said Gandalf. `These were no ordinary wolves hunting for food in the wilderness. Let us eat quickly and go!"

Do you think that there is a certain dela more wit abou them? Seeing as they are ready to stick with the dark forces or was it programmed into their heads as instince to follow the dark forces??

Pretty much. They are simply a more inteligent, and cruel race than the lessar wolves and capable of creating alliances.

Well, if you think about wolves in real life, they are by nature very solitary, not attacking people unless very hungry, but with Wargs they appear to attack instinctively, just to kill, not for food.

so you think it os related the their instinct?
Did Sauron create them or corrupt them??
Were they always vicious toward the races of Middle-Earth e.g. Hobbits. Men. Elves etc...

Wargs were most likely created by Morgoth, not by Sauron. Because of this, they would have been averse to Elves, Humans, etc. They would have been servants of evil from the start, regardless as to whether it was Morgoth or Sauron who created them.

Oh right. So when they were created it was a vicious intinct that they were provided with.

I still want to know more about these creatures though, their history must be vast!

Yeah, I still wonder if they can actually talk or not. I can't imagine wolves talking, but they could somehow communicate with the goblins so I suppose they had to...?
