Hm... I can't remember alot about TTT... but I think it must have been the Sam and Frodo section, because those chapters aren't half as interesting to me as the chapters with Aragorn, Legolas etc!

I definantly agree with you Tirithiel.....the chapters with Frodo and Sam weren't as exciting as the ones with Aragorn and Legolas and Gimli!!!!!!

Yes that is very true - I felt that the parts of Frodo and Sam were more boring than the exciting parts with Aragorn and Gimli and Legolas. I'd get frustrated when the scene would switch from Aragorn and the others to Sam and Frodo, even though it was Sam and Frodo who had the ring.
I don't remember much of TTT , so I can't really state what is my least favorite chapter.

I would just skip those parts altogether, they bored me to death
The movies made it worse, when I watch the TT movie I just skip over those parts, I don't even bother watching them

Yeah, I know. But then I had to read/watch those parts because they were important.

To me, I didn't like very much the Frodo and Sam journey till Faramir appears

I think that the Frodo and Sam parts were boring becasue there was not enough action, even with Gullum there was not enough action. And it's kinda depresing because watching the Hobbits strugle day and night fearing Gullum and other thing that might pop out, it's kinda sad that they don't have no one to protect them aganst evil, even with Faramir, they were not completly safe.

I did read the parts in the books
but if I'm watching the movie I don't have the patience for that (I saw it once! in theathres!)

I didn't like the beginning, I find the Lord of the Rings hard to get into at the beginning, I don't know all the details get to me at first, but they are the reason I love the books so much at the end. I think I answered your question there.....?

For me TTT was hard to get through. It was a great book but I had some difficulties in the beginning. It wasn't like that for FotR or RotK but for some reason TTT was tough for me. I can't really pick my least favorite chapter. I can't remember most of the book. I thought that the bits with Treebeard and the other Ents were a bit slow. And I didn't like the paths of the dead...wait was that TTT or RotK?

I thought I was the only one who find the Frodo-Sam parts hard to get through... In the chapters with Aragorn, Legolas en Gimli was just more action.
I've never skipped something in the books or the movies. Oh, wait. I still haven't read the whole prologue about what hobbits are and where they come from and so on...
