i think its a good idea to have a standardised clock - its way too confusing if you're in a contest and someone says 'all entries in by 9' and you don't know which time - so having one time owuld be useful, and i think it should be GMT just because thats easier

It is very confusing so the clock idea would be great. But I can't think of many example where you'd need an exact time and it still deosn't change the fact that half of us are asleep whilst the rest re awake.
