Okay, here's what we've got so far -
Venue: AU chatroom
Date: 27-28th September
Time: All-day; whenever
We'll send out invites as soon as we get a list together of who's invited, and then send out reminders in about 2 weeks. Let's get a list going then. Feel free to post the name of an oldie you remember who is no longer active or is scarce. It would be helpful if you had some means of contacting them as well.

Yeah, so I'm pretty useless in terms of actually contacting the people I remember, but at least I remember them.  I might be able to scrounge up some contact info for a few others on my list, but it'd be better if someone had definite means of contacting them. My address book tends to get a bit mixed up, and with my luck, I'd end up messaging some totally random person.
Oh, and it may be a good idea to mention something in the two different Facebook groups that A-U has, though I'm not sure how many people actually still check those. Can't hurt, though.

Good idea, pirate. I'll do that right away. I can contact a few of those people through DeviantArt, but not many. We really need to get the word out about this so that we contact more people.

How do we want to keep track of RSVPs? I talked to Pip earlier and she said she's up for it. She's not sure how available she'll be, but she'll try to make an appearance.

Anyway, Larael, just so you know, Ororuthiel has actually rejoined the forum - her username now is Sisílcal. I talk to her tons through livejournal, so if you need help contacting her, let me know

Oh, that'd be great, Gil. I knew about Oro returning, but I haven't seen her around under her new guise in ages.
What about Amoniel, Elenmir Miriel, FaZiovsky, Idril Fálastari, Pearl Evenstar, Ms.Gamgee, mErRy!, eowynfaramir4eva, StardomeGirl, Lhunardaien, and Galasriniel?
Okay, now that we've got a load of people I'll put a list up in the first post with those who can be contacted marked. If you have access to one of these people please contact me so that I may make a note of it. Once we have a good crowd I think it will be time to send out invites. Please remember you must use a source outside this forum [email, Facebook, MySpace, etc.] to contact this person.
