The only hard part now is being able to translate all those symbols.  I just looked at your sig, Jo, and thought, 'Wha?'

Just a question... I didn't really know where to post this, so I digged up Jo's old thread 
I still see the symbols around, but do people use the PM symbol system? I took it out of my sig because I don't use PM much, but I don't mind people PMing me at all... about anything, anytime, anywhere(!), but I was wondering if people look at the symbols in peoples signatures and use them...?  _________________ >>Be the change you wish to see in the world<<

Editted my post... I meant the symbols people can put in their signatures to indicate that they want to talk about religion, politics and other topics that border the forum rules. Do people ever look at them or use them anymore?

Yeah, same here. I took them out of my sig since I didn't use the system once. And nobody ever used it on me. *shrug*
I guess it's just because I already have people I trust who I go to when I need advice, or people who are always welcome to debate with me, etc.

Well that's a shame.....I mean there must be people out there interested in political/religious debates amongst other things.....I thought there were lots of people that wanted this system? I've never used it myself, but I didn't want to, but it's a pity that the people who were all for the system don't use it.

yeah I also put some of the sings on my sig, but nobody has ever sent me anything either. I think that's really sad, because I'm sure there are people who's like to discuss certain topics via PM.

I actually just ignore them. I never memorized the list and I don't think anybody really does follow it. Just saying.
