Of course, I'll be glad to advertise in the WT and Intro board and I'll PM a mod or two about getting some announcements made.  If JF needs help co-ordinating contests and such I'd love to help her. If she wants help of course.

Larael, if you could help toss up ideas for the "On the Set" Ball, that would be awesome.

I would think roleplaying would be needing more assistance right now, unless you can think of a contest.

RPs are being done by AE and Pandora, so you need to contact them.
You can PM me, if you would like, and tell me what you want to have on the graphic.
I also made a thread for the first ball, and we really need to get hopping to it.

Woo, okay. I know I talked to you about the contests in AIM, Smeag, but here I am posting officially.
I've only ever hosted two contests, and both times I had instructions attached for me, so I'm a little lost. Any and all help would rock.

Yes Smeag, I have. If I have time later today I'll go through the different contests and piece together a nice starter post. Have we decided on a date to start doing everything?
For advertising, I think putting things in our signatures and things will work well, or making miniature banners that have 'Return of the Rings: Beyond the Movies" on them and a link to whichever thing we're working on.
