Good idea. Or you could just have the 10,000 post group, and call them 'The Greatest of the Valar'. I know some users are already approaching it. True, most won't get to it, but that'll keep it an exclusive group, which the highest rank should be!

i feel as if this is a monarky and Arwen is both King and Queen, the mods are the other royal people, we, the members, are the subjects, we have no choice in what happens to our forum, none at all. Arwen and the mods just change things without asking the opinon of those who use the forum. plese don't kill me for posting this, its just how i feel right now, it will change with time.

I don't think you can accuse Arwen and us mods of not listening to the forum members. The whole reason that we now have new ranks is because it was suggested in this thread and in this thread the majority of members thought it was a great idea.

I do not want to create a rift in the forum or anything but I do appreciate what the mods and Arwen did. You listened to our comments and suggestions both implied and not and took everything into careful consideration.

I hope this doesn't get people to hate me but, this forum is about Lord of the Rings and our common love for the books and movies, and the occasional Out of Topic movies anyways posts should not matter nor ranks, this is just a fun place to meet new people and learn about others who share your passion, not about who has the most posts and what rank you are. That is just an added bonus.

Once again sorry for my rant I just really appreciate the mods consideration of our thoughts
