Umm.. what's going on with the MA? We have found the winners, but we haven't announced it anywhere and the winners need to know how and where to pick up their arwads...

Aliana has sent me the official awards PLUS the nomination awards that we are giving to the nominees. However, I have yet to post them and will do so probably over Thanksgiving break because the work rush before break is well... BREAKING me.
If anyone would like to volunteer to pm the winners / nominees with their respective awards, tell me and either Aliana or I will give you the awards links to pm.

So far, I have all the awards grouped by sections, but I can group them easily by who won what, as a lot of people were nom'd/won several different things. That might make things a bit easier on whoever volunteers. Like Kit said, just let us know and we'll send you what you need.

Pming members is optional. I think last time, I just made and posted up the awards and members found their way there.

If no one volunteers I can do it, but I'll be out of town until next Monday so it'll be at least until then before I can swing it. If anything, someone can just PM the winners and nominees telling them the awards have been posted and not worry about sending them all their awards individually.

Would we really like to PM both winners and nominees individually with their awards? It's a huge task.
I can take some of the categories and PM people and link to the awards thread once it's posted. Just let me know when. I wont have time over the weekend but I might find time for it during this week or the next.

If we're not sending each individual award, we can just do PMs with multiple recipients for each category. Like a generic PM to all the nominees for the Lothlorien award with the winner listed telling everyone to go get their awards.
