Post subject:  Ahhh! The cursor dissapeared!
This may be a really old problem, but it is still bugging me. When making a post, the cursor is very close in hue to the background, making it hard to find it. A once spent an entire afternoon, serching for the little guy (not really) Has any one else noticed this? Or am I just blind? (Which is a distinct possibility)

No, I know what you mean. It's really annoying while typing a post and you want to correct something. I almost need to press my nose against my screen to find it :P

Ah, I see what you mean now! The little line thing that moves between letters? I thought you meant the mouse cursor! Yeah, that is a real pain. As I'm typing now, if I didn't know it was there it would take me ages to find it. I have a lot of trouble when I am correcting spelling as it's easier back spacing that clicking with the mouse. Or it should be easier.

Yeah, this was brought up a while ago and I <i>said</i> I'd fix it by changing the colors...sometime... :whistle: Whoopsie. Ah, well, I guess I'll go see if I can come up with a better color for the QR box...

Oh, yes, this drives me crazy, really sends me insane.... its especially bad when one's eyes aren't really behaving themselves... I can't see the cursor at all at the moment... *sighs*

I've gotta admit it is frustrating, especially when I have to use touch pad, because I usually have a regular mouse and touch pad is quite sensitive so it's always a test of my patience for me to use it.
Mmm, I guess if the cursor could be a little more blackish or at least a darker color it would help a lot. :angel:

I hate that little cursor thing!!! I can never seem to find it when I want to correct spelling. It takes me forever to write posts lol :P. Though we should give the little guy a break I mean it's not his fault and I'm sure he feels bad about it (I tend to feel sorry for inanimate objects lol)

Yes, sometimes it is really confusing when you're trying to get to a specific place in your post and you can't make out the cursour to correct your mistakes. :confused2:

Something is wrong! It's a terrible disability for us poor foreigners. I make so many mistakes in eich word and I can't correct it here... Yeah I can see each, or what ever is wrong, but correcting would take a whole day...

Why hasn't the cursor changed already? I pointed out this problem months ago... or do we just wait for the next layout?

Is there anything you can do Arwen? It's not only the quick reply box but the actual posting queue in "Post a reply". And I agree with these guys. I have a terrible time finding where the heck I'm typing which uses up too much time and I'm trying to prevent my eyes from getting any worse.

The cursor hasn't changed already because I haven't gotten to it already, because first I forgot and now I'm having trouble staying on top of other things. I will <i>try</i> to correct it soon. Thanks for waiting.

Sure we'll be waiting for ya.. not much else to do, lol.
I know how you feel about the pressure of trying to stay on top of things, rushing around all the time, though having the feeling you still only got to do half the things you were supposed to half as good as you intended to...

Anyway, looking forward to meet the cursor.. . haven't see him for a while (since the layout changed I presume) and I'm excited for he return! lol :angel:

[PS. In this relatively short post I had to go back and correct mis-spellings, typoes and additions 5 or six times.. *sigh*]
