I know we all voted on how often we should hold member awards, and I think the outcome was half of the awards every three months. I do believe we had the last set of voting and awards towards the beginning of June, so should we be expecting another round soon? Or no? Just trying to keep on top of things here.

I wondered when those were, too - I mean, I never thought I would win one of them, but I haven't participated in member awards before  And when's that promised fanfic contest??

I'm not the right mod to really answer the question --- I'm not very active in conducting the Member Awards, usually that's Ivy or FRODOFAN. |

We kind of, well, actually, we were entirely thrown off by the summer return of the rings and the ball. Not a bad reason for the delay, but still we need to hold up our end of the bargain. Look for something within the next few weeks.

Not sure about that.... but it doesn't necessarily refer to the chatroom peeps --- remember, the only way they could get voted for is if someone nominates them. Even though they're quite chatty on the chat --- since the forum crowd and the chat crowd are quite different, the outcome is different. |

I'm sure you will, TN ... I doubt I will this time as I already won 4 last time .. I think someone else should have a chance at them even if I do get nominated... |

Haldy is one of those fortunate people who fit into nearly every category. Some of us are oddballs, as we don't all seem to fit.

Well I think people fit into a lot of categories but they're not up to that extreme level like Haldir is or even Gwenneth.
