I can't help noticing that occasionally on the RPG Section, there will be someone who will post an advertisement thread. Mostly it's just someone who just appears and then disappears but it does get a bit aggravating. Can the mods do anything about it?

We have been noticing that. And all we can really do is try to delete whatever it is they're trying to advertise and the useraccount as well because there's no way we can filter out those kind of people if they sign up for the forum.
What the members can do that can help us is pm a moderator (preferably the moderator that is in charge of the section that week) the link of the thread and we can delete it immediately.
