These are some of the dates we were thinking about in the planning session for the ball. Please vote and discuss which date you think would be best. :)

Thanks for putting it up Rin. Hopefully we can get this sorted and then try and get a Mod involved in the threads.

I work for all of those, but I hear that August 11-15 works the best for everyone so I voted for that one. :)

I think 11-15th would be best because it's sort of in the middle of everything. That way we don't have to worry about holding it in September when many people start school. :-D

Aye, I'm in the same sitaution as Ellie, so anytime would be okay. 'cept maybe in the next two weeks because my "date" and I will be on holiday.

August 11- 15 could work but I would miss have the ball because I would just be returning from vacation on the 12th and would not be able to be on so 17-23th works best for me.

Well, I called 19th-23rd as it gives more A-U ers time to prepare, and some to return off holidays and such. But , I support whatever decision is reached here, that is good for the majority of members.

19th-23rd works for me... the other dates, I more than likely can't attend because of this ridiculously hectic holiday of mine. Of course majority rules though.

Well I voted for the 11-15....that would be the best for me. I would say the 19-23 but school should be starting on the 21st in America I think..but I'm not sure when it starts for everyone else. :)

Seems to be pretty close at the moment. I expect Rin will keep it open for a few more days, so if the earlier option is what we go for, it will still give people time. :-)

Oops, sorry to have not come here in so long! It looks like everyone is pretty split between the 11th-15th and the 19th-23th. Since today is the 11th, how about holding the ball this Monday-Friday, the 13th-17th?

I think that is a very good idea Rin. If a Mod could be PM'd today, that would give them nearly 2 days to get ready for posting the stickying the threads.
