Hm... I think thats an excellent point you've brought up. I think that the later would be easier, and slightly more logical. Continually changing threads is hard. But I dunno. Maybe we should get a few more people's opinions

So, I just decided, for lack of wanting to think anymore. We will have each of the different rooms, then, for the events, we will just have another thread for the event.

Ok.. I just updated the calendar and put the rooms up. We need 1 more event. And, any comments on the rooms would be wonderful.

I would love to do something with weapons.. but I am in the same boat you are.
However, I did manage to get the layout of WETA, as we are going to use it, made up. I may have gotten lucky and been truthful in some aspects.. but bear with me in this.

Awesome  I think that there should be some sort of banquet to begin with... All the food is - of course - for throwing purposes. _________________

Hey Guys! I thought I would just pop in and let you know that if you need any help at all, I'll be around...I'll be popping in this thread and the other just to see if you guys need any suggestions or help or anything of that sort! 
We (the mods) were talking about the summer plans "Return of the Rings" yesterday and we think that you guys are doing an absolutely wonderful job! Congrats!
