the anni speeches have always been in this section and I always thought they fit in this section the best.

Earlier today, I noticed that my Speech topic had been moved to the Introductions Section. Why? It had nothing to do with Introductions. It had to do with how some of the people here have effected my LIFE. And this is the "Your Life" Section , isn't it? My Speech topic wasn't the only one moved, and now Guests and Spammers can read all of our personal mentions and such. Also, Members are used to all the Speech topics being in this section. I just don't understand why these topics are being moved. An explanation would be lovely. |

This is sort of weirding me out. Speech threads have always been in the Your Life board since the first one by Nienna was made 3 years ago. I don't understand what the big deal is now. |

The Mods have obviously seen this topic, seeing as it was moved. So I don't see why they just can't answer here. The Speech topics being in the Introductions section doesn't make any sense at all to me. All the new members will see them, but not the older ones. And the Speeches are basically for the members we already know. |

I must agree with you Bro. The mods should answer you here. After all, if they are going to make changes, they should at least explain to all the members why they made those changes.

... dunno why everyone's so worked up about this, it's just a simple move-around, I'm sure most if it isn't final anyway. Sides, the Mods aren't always floating around every waking moment of the day to answer to our calls for interrogation about their every move and decision the second we need them to. Give em a break. |

I actually remember this being taken up a while ago, or least it was mentioned I think that the Mods were thinking of moving them. It doesn't make much sense to be personally, but I don't think it's a top priority thing really. I'm happy to wait.

I really don't understand why speeches are moving... There could be personal information in there, like someone's real name that they wouldn't want just anyone to see... I'm not sure I like this idea... but whatever the mods feel is right... |

@ Haldir o Lórien- I agree with you that it is not that important. I think the source for our frustration was that the mods saw that post, moved it, and still gave no response. I think we were all just a little unsure if they were going to answer then, so everyone got a little more anxious to get an answer. @ Aramel Elyanwe- I couldn't agree with you more. With that response from the mods though, I trust all the situations will get worked out.

Does feel kinda awkward now that you all mention it. They are rather personal... But it's summertime, things get moved about and changes happen so all we can do is wait. |
