Post subject:  RotR Graphics & Contests Planning
So this is the planning thread for the Graphics and Contests. I didn't really see any point in having seperate threads for the two, especially since they could maybe intertwine at points. Now Aliana Fae and Smeagollum are in charge of the Contests whilst Myself and Pandora and in charge of the Graphics. So if you fancy helping out with either just post here or send us a PM.

For the Contests, I figured we would do a set of Race Contests and a set of Place Contests...

RACES:
June 9 - 16 :: Your Choice
June 17 - 24 :: Hobbits
June 25 - July 2 :: [Hobbit Ball Contest]
July 3 - 10 :: Dunedain
July 11 - 18 :: Orcs
July 19 - 26 :: Dwarves
July 27 - August 3 :: Ents
August 4 - August 11 :: Elves
August 12 - 19 :: [Elvish Ball Contest]
August 20 - 27 :: Rohirrim
August 28 - September 4 :: Gondorian
[possibly an ending contest]

PLACES:
June 9 - 16 :: Your Choice
June 17 - 24 :: Shire
June 25 - July 2 :: [Hobbit Ball Contest]
July 3 - 10 :: Arnor (Maybe this could be Rivendell, instead)
July 11 - 18 :: Mordor
July 19 - 26 :: Moria
July 27 - August 3 :: Fangorn
August 4 - August 11 :: Lothlorien
August 12 - 19 :: [Elvish Ball Contest]
August 20 - 27 :: Rohan
August 28 - September 4 :: Gondor

It might be cool if you [Stacy] plan the contests and I run them, since I already have two that I'm doing and maybe something to do with the Cookoff. I can do both the Races and Places contests well enough as long as we start on the 9th like you put[I'll be out of town until then, but I can still pop in occasionally to help with planning if I'm needed].

Let me know if that works for you.

Yeah, that could still work, as Aragorn spent his childhood in Rivendell despite being one of the Dunedain... ;-) Go for it. And if either of you have trouble with 'going-out-of-town-so-I'll-need-an-extra-hand', I'm not planning on doing too much this summer. Good luck!

And of course I'll be around most of the time as well so I can help here and there outside of the graphics... wherever you need me ^^
