So, whenever I've tried to open certain threads on the forum today, I get an error message. As far as I can see there's no system to which threads load and which don't, or to when they won't open.

Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know what I can do about it? It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to look at whatever threads I want... So if you know a solution to this, please let me know!

If it's on the last page of a thread, it's probably not just you. ;) Whenever someone gets within a post or two of the last one on a page, it creates a new page. Which you can click on, but isn't really there. So you just go back a page and see where things end.

I hope Nurr's answer helped you out.
I was actually wondering whether it was something we could maybe have a look at when we mov on to the forum.. I don't know if anything can be done about it. Or if we can't fix it then figure out when a thread has so many pages so it starts doing it and then we should create a new thread for the topic...

Another thing, I have actually experienced that the forum was slow to load sometimes over the last couple of days. Annoying but nothing major...

^ Yeah it does only happen to me with the really really long threads (ex., the LotR games, Misc Randomness games, etc).

(I'm on my friend's computer so I can read this...)

I wasn't actually talking about the usual error message that Nurr mentioned, this is some kind of server error. But I've pm'ed both Arweb and the mods about it, so hopefully something will be done soon. In the meantime I'll have to make do with the threads I can read, and if it's something really important I'll just borrow my friend's comp again.

Thanks for your feedback, though :)

Did you try to use other browsers? I have no idea if that would help.. but maybe. :)

Nope, that's a good idea! It really isn't a great solution to borrow my friend's comp, so I'd love to find a way to read these threads on my own ;)

EDIT: brilliant, Eä; I tried using Safari instead, and that works :D Thank you!
