Do people know that its Frodo and Bilbo's Birthday on the 22nd of September...should we not have a party? |

Perhaps you could make it an event in RotR? You could have the Hobbit ball starting on September 22nd, that still gives people a little over two weeks to find dresses, decorate the Party Tree, exchange recipes or whatever kinds of planning threads there will be.
