Hey Guys, This year's RotR is under way, but Elenthari and Smaug have been absent for a few weeks, which means I've unofficially kicked off some events like the Hobbit Party & Gift Exchange. I'm starting university again tomorrow and I seriously need some help running/ starting things-as I won't have time -Elven Ball RP this needs costumes/dates thread and maybe decorations which need to go up at the start of October, plus one for the rp itself about a week later? -Movie Marathons I think these are meant to take part on the chat board on AU.com, maybe cause it's the 10th anniversary we can just have a FotR re-watch? Either way I need 2 people one American, one European (or an insomniac :tehee:) to host respective movie re-watches for their time zones. -Fanfiction/ Recipe Contest A- is there any interest in this? B- Can someone run it? -Scavenger Hunt I need a host! |

I believe I can trust myself to be in charge of the Elven Ball RP, if needed, Lembas! I think it would be awesome. As for the movie marathons, I would love to host, but a) the A-U chat doesn't work on my computer for some reason (though I suppose it could if I downloaded the right software) and b) it would depend on when it is, since soon I'll be doing light crew for my university's production of Arabian Nights so my next two weekends are a little busy. However, if you need me I can do my best to host it! |

I"m taking care of the scavenger hunt thing, i apologize for my slow progress, studying for my vet tech exams has pretty much taken over my life at the moment. I thought of taking on the American movie marathon, but 1) I have no bloody clue how to work the AU chat, and 2) I usually dont get online until later in the night, usually not till after 9. |

Just a quick message from me: Sorry guys for disappearing like this - I got the opportunity to go on a little vacation, which at first should have been 3 days long, but I've ended up staying for 2 weeks. I apologise for not posting any info around the forum, but I don't have a computer around (I'm using my friend's laptop atm). I'll be back on Sunday for sure though and I'll be on to my duties. Again sorry for causing such troubles with the organisation. It's wasn't intentional. I hope you're not too mad at me.
