I just can’t make myself drink water. My max is like two or three glasses which is about half a liter. I know that’s not enough but I either forget or just don’t feel like it and sometimes I’m too lazy to go get some.

I totally get that. My water intake is actually better in fall and winter. Basically when it’s cooler and I’m home more I drink a lot of water and don’t worry about running to the bathroom. But for some reason in summer it’s always harder.

Same here. You’d think it’s easier to drink more water in the summer but I’m outside more and walking a lot and I really don’t want to stress out about finding a bathroom. I at least try to get a liter in because otherwise I feel rough in the heat. I track it with apps like https://unimeal.com/ . I use it for calorie tracking too. I wouldn’t say it magically helps but if I turn on reminders at least I remember I should probably go drink a glass.

Drinking more water can be tough for many, but one way to make it easier is by improving the quality of the water you drink. At ReverieLuxe, we offer the Leveluk K8, a top-rated water ionizer that turns regular tap water into Kangen Water, which not only tastes better but is also packed with antioxidants that support hydration and overall well-being. When water is both refreshing and beneficial, it can motivate you to drink more throughout the day. While the Leveluk K8 price may seem like an investment, the health benefits and improved hydration can make it well worth it.
