I’ve been feeling unmotivated lately and can’t seem to get back into a consistent routine. Someone mentioned learning about the benefits of 1 on 1 personal training to stay accountable and improve form, but I’m unsure if it’s the right fit for me. Has anyone here used a personal trainer to rebuild consistency and discipline? Was the investment worth it, or did you eventually move on to self-guided workouts? I’m open to both online and in-person options — just looking for something that truly keeps me on track.
