I was just wondering, who is in control of this forum: Arwen the Webmaster or A-U Moderators?

Okay, it works this way: the moderators uphold the rules of the forum, make basic rulings, and then can debate/discuss/make rulings on the implications of rules when questions come up. This is where you'll see us make the rule-oriented posts. Often they'll have to be expanded because neither the webmaster nor any of us thought someone would do something, but they did. All major decisions are done via Arwen the Webmaster, and also any debate/discussion/rulings are done in the mod forum or in Pow-wows where Arwen can see what's talked about. Arwen always has the final say, whether or not a mod agrees or disagrees.

If you have a question about something, because Arwen's so busy, she wants it passed through the mods, too.
