Same here. I was working on wallpapers for my computer, and I decideed to make a few LotR ones, so I was searching for images and I managed to come across this site. I know that was some time ago... probably sometime between June 2003 and June 2004. Big gap, I know, but there tends to be similar gaps in my memory. Then my computer crashed, and I had to find my favorite sites all over again, and, well, I didn't have time for playing around in Photoshop anymore, so I didn't look for this site for a while. But then I found it a couple months ago, and was lurking around the main site again. And yesterday I finally decided to check out the Forum and join.

My first visit to A-U.com was over a year ago but I don't remeber the exact date. The one thing I remeber that the layout was version 3.1 but in the end because a few weeks after my first visit the layout was changed.

I was here maybe a couple of months before the new forum appeared. i love the new one  _________________ I'm a Lotr-Fan, and i love Hip-Hop and Rap. They don't mix, i know.

I'm actually pretty new - or I think of myself as new - but I'm pretty devoted to this site, mainly this forum. Nowadays, I go on it everyday I can, and it's because of this forum that I've met some really kind and giving people.  _________________

Although I only joined the Forum just over a month ago, I've been popping in and out of the main site since I first got internet access about 18 months ago. The first thing I did was look for LotR sites and this was one of the few that I set as a favourite.
I got my mobile phone ringtone by downloading one of the music files from A-U.com (The passing of the Woodelves) for which I will be eternally grateful, while I always kept up with the new humour additions.
To this day I have absolutely no Idea why I didn't join the forum sooner!
