If you want a particular banner-visit the Request thread and there are a number of graphic artists who will be willing to make a banner for you...just tell them who you want on it (pics, text etc). Hope that helps.

Of course, anyone is qualified to get banners, and there is no limit. You may also request avatars and wallpapers, and pretty much whatever else. If you ever have anymore questions, feel free to PM me, because I'm always willing to help.
