I have a bit of a problem I would appreciate some help with. I have colourized an image for a contest. I have made two designs and I am not sure which I should use. If you could just post please which one you prefer, I would be very grateful.

How on earth do you do them?? I never would have guessed that a\ny of them where anything but originals! Oh and I like the second piccy better.

I love them! Yep, I prefer the second one better too. BTW when you are coloutinh lips, colouring the lips in the skin colour first and then then red or what have you, it makes the effect better

Wow! Amazing! I use a Paintbrush to Colorize.. looks like the retouch is better! Good job on those!

The way I do them in PSP7 is quite simple. I use the Retouch tool set to Colour to Target. I then simply colour in the image. If you duplicate the original layer first you can colour the image in haphazardly and then erase what you don't need. That's a very good way for doing detailed things like hair and lips. I have used the Paintbrush but I find the Retouch to be better.
And here is my latest piece.
