So many good ones, but I'll just mentions my faves. The Cho one is so simple and pretty! That Helm's Deep one is wicked! I voted in 1st place in the contest, I love it! Mr Tumnus is really awesome, and that text on the Susan banner is so perfect! The pictures and the text together, just awesome! I love that banner! Me likes very much the borders you put on all your baners It makes them very personolized and just look really cool!
Criticism:
Too busy, and without your signature border  You don't really know where to look, it seems a bit disorganized.
Too many pictures, (but that might have been what the person gave you)
The overlapping on the two pictures with his hood looks a bit awkward...
I'm just not a fan of the fading out picture-thing, but it's a look
Your fonts are amazing! And that heart brush you used on the Peter, Cedric and Lij banners is reall cool!
Phew, that post was longer then I thought it would be!
