Oooh. Awesome editing, Cat! Just seeing him in those traditional Time Lord robes. Fantastic!
And Enno, fantastic colouring! The purple and blue really go well with each other and reflect the mood wonderfully.

I thought Journey's End was a bit of a cop-out. xD But I think I'm the only one. 
So.
Took me forever to find this in my saved stuff folder. xD I made 82 icons today.
... I think the coloring I used works better with icons.  _________________

He wasn't wearing TiemLord!stuff in any of the episodes. That was a scan from a newspaper or a magazine. (No idea what he was doing with it though. xD)
