Post subject: | My banner attempts... |
I will post my attempts at banners and avatars and such here. This will be the first one that I post. Now this is my first try and you don't have to say you love it if you don't! I finally kind of figured out the blending so here it is...it's really bad I know. There's too many pictures and you can't see all the letters of her name but here it is anyways: ![]() And it's not all the same colour tone. I can't figure out how to do that, can somebody give me some tips? |

Yes, I love your Cate one! It's so well blended together! I can't believe that was your first one. Your others are pretty good as well. The first Canada ones are a bit too red for me- but they are well blended and your "A Night at the Roxbury is well blended too. Great job! ![]() |

It's terrific! So much better than anything I would have done. Hmmm . . . maybe you're right about too many pics - but I still like it. Very well done. Are you going to be making anymore banners? I'd like to see more. Why don't you try making a banner with a bit less pics, with someone/something in the foreground, then something in the background. Very nice! Good job! ![]() |

Yeah, you'd probably want to focus on less things. Like in mine up there ^ I focus on here eyes as they are the general center of the banner. You really want to bring out something in your banner. |

Thanx for the suggestions ![]() ![]() Still too many pics? There still isn't anything that's focused on but I think it's alright. I love your Cate one by the way ~Twippo! It's beautiful! Yes Elberethsq I'll try a background/foreground banner. I'll post them as I make them...maybe when I get better I'll start a request thread ![]() Thanx again for the ideas! |

it is not bad at all, it's actually really really good!!! i love it! about the colors, you can try and brighten/contrast them until they match, or just give the pictures a solid color (like my banners). there are more things you can do, so just play around with whatever program you're using ![]() |
