Good job! I like the lighting, and they all look really sharp and clean-cut. They're good as is, but maybe next time experiment with textures and brushes. They're certainly better than any avatar I've made!

If you want suggestions though, these are really well placed and the lighting has been edited well too on most of them. But maybe now you can move on to start using textures? those always add colour and spark up your icons.
