Wow! I really like your new graphics. They're really beautiful.  And you're improving with each piece of art. Keep up the great work!
Concerning the 90s cartoon heroes: I'll do a bit of research on the net and then I can give you a few more. I only have the German names of the cartoon heroes of some popular American cartoons and I guees they won't be of much use for you this way. Oh! Gelly Shoes! Anyone else remember those? I wanted a pair so badly but they tended to fall appart. Also blinky shoes were pretty big.
