I'm trying out some new effects that I've learned how to do. Here's my first try at "featuring" the eyes and changing their colour:

The eye to the left is a bit screwed but what do you think...?

It's not as hard as it seems. I got a tutorial here: http://www.magicbox.ti-fi.com/tutorial10.html I use Photoshop 7.0 
The more I look at it I think that she looks a bit posessed or something. I think I made them too bright...ah well it was my first try. |

Neat effect! I can do that too, but you can do it better than I can. i think I'll go and check that tutorial out. You did a great job, well done! |

^ I think it's good, but maybe you chould blur a bit more? Some of the sharper bits are still showing through. Just a suggestion! Here's my attempt: 
It's not briiliant, but anyway, I tried. Could be much worse, eh? The right eye's a bit strange, though
