Well, I've been messing around with GIMP whenever I get the chance. Even though my stuff aren't exactly superb (afterall I am a noob  ) I still have fun doing it. And I've mostly done things dealing with anime so yeah, go figure. xD

You say you've just started? I could have never done work like this when I was a beginner. That RPG banner...  Definitely keep it up. You have a ton of potential!

Finally I have an update. I just worked on these today and I actually like some of them. xD Hatake Kakashi (Yes...I'm mourning him  ):

I love the Uchiha one. The texture you used is awesome. My suggestions would have to do with fonts. The ones you've been using seem good choices, but play around with them! Make them big, small, put them in different places, put them on different layer modes (like grain merge or overlay). Something I've become more and more a fan of is giving them shadow as well. |

^I agree, try playing about with the fonts a bit. And giving them shadow is awesome the Uchiha Itachi one is as is the Itachi & Sasuke one your blending is awesome.

And how long do you say you've been making graphics? These are INCREDIBLE!! I love the Jessica one, and the Yeruichi (sp) font is so gorgeous. Keep it up because you have a ton of potential!
