Muwhahaaaaa! The first Goldomir (Goldleaf&Boromir!) battle between Aranel Faelwen and myself is over, now a second one begins! This time, as opposed to using quotes from songs, we will use quotes from my Goldomir fanfic. Click here if you ever feel like reading it ;) (*Plug!*)
There will be twenty rounds, like last time, so it’ll be a nice lengthy battle!

:stun: Ah no way, your volley is exactly like what I'd imagine that scene to be. The expressions on their faces are just so perfectly compatible with that quote. *squee* <33333 It's such a heartbreaking piece though but that's the beauty of it. </3

Eeeee, thank you so much! :-D I thought those pics suited the farewell scene, which is just about one of the most heartbreaking things I’ve ever had to write! (Though check out the latest chapter if you want even more heartbreak – Goldleaf finds out Boromir’s died! </3)

As for your volley, I LOVE IT! <333
I love the pics you’ve used, they’re just so spot on. Goldleaf’s looking grief-stricken, as if she can’t quite believe what’s happened, and in general everything is just perfect! <3333333

Here’s my next volley… I’ve made kind of a manip, using a pic where Claire’s standing against a wall, and I’ve put that pic and a Boromir pic against a Minas Tirith backdrop – the blending’s not fantastic but here we go…

I've caught up with most of the fanfic this morning, it's just the last chapter I have to read now. It's so long so I'm procrastinating on it. But almost all of the chapters so far have been really sad especially where her family was killed. I wanted to cry when she couldn't save her sister. T_T

Ahaha thanks! I was trying to make it look that way and I'm glad it worked.

Oh woah, that's atually very cool! Well done! It's really beautiful. :)

Here's mine, I'm lacking inspiration today, practically everything I tried from this volley to friends' requests to photomanips went completely wrong. =/

Eeeee, yes, a lot of the chapters are extremely sad - the bit when Goldleaf has to let go of Silverleaf is one of the saddest bits :( I'm really glad you've been reading it though! <333333333333

Ah omg, I haven't forgotten about this battle, I'm still just lacking inspiration with it right now. I'm mostly having issues with matching the quote to the pictures but as soon as I have less things on my hands and more time with my laptop I shall try working on my volley again. :)

Love your last btw Goldy. Your blending again is just so perfect. And the quotes go exactly with the expressions on their faces. Lovelovelove!
