I decided to make a banner using my rather annoying-and-should-not-be-used-for-banner-making paint program.
Any comments?

That's accutally cool! I've never used paint for Graphics before, but i know it's a supid program

It's not an average paint program, it's just not a proper graphics program

Pretty! The watercolor-type effect is great! My only suggestion would be not to make the purple outline on the text quite as thick - it makes the words a little hard to read.

It's not really an outline, it was the effect of the font but I know what you mean....
