Hey I have this lotr website, and I never update it but im going to try. So what one should I use for a layout banner? And why?

The second one. Its looks like you've done more than just put text on, and its all the same colour so it will fit in with a background better, and look less like you've just stuck a banner up the top of your page, if you get what I mean. And the fact that it has less colour detail will help it not to detract from the content part of your site. |

Well it depends on the other layout...If it's dark then the frist one and if it's light the second one... |
