Hello everyone!  Now that my life has slowed down at least a little more, I've decided to open a request thread once again! Please read the following rules/guidlines, and then start requesting! And you know what's great? I'll PM you when I finish your request!  (if you don't want me to, just say that in the post  )
1. Please only request TWO items at a time!
2. You may request one of the following types of graphics: icon (100x100), banner (700x150), or desktop (800x600 or 1024x768 - you pick)
3. If you are requesting a banner or desktop and provide your own pictures, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that they are of high quality and large, otherwise your graphic will come out at bad quality.
4. I will NOT dedicate your graphic unless you specifically ask me!
5. If you need something changed, please ask nicely.
6. I have a life outside of A-U, so please be patient while I make your graphic. I will try and get it done with in a week.
7. Please credit me
8. If you are requesting a graphic from anything that isn't very well known or is hard to find pictures for, please provide your own pictures!
9. If you can, please upload your graphic to your own photobucket account or to tinypic or imageshack
10. Be nice and have fun!  lol
Request Form:
Type of Graphic: (icon, banner, or desktop)
Size: (if you're requesting a desktop - 800x600 or 1024x768)
Subject: (be as specific as possible)
Images? (enter the URLS of the images - if any - that you want me to use)
Text: (any specific text? please keep it one line or less. for icons - 1-5 words max.)
Other: (any other things you'd like to mention?)
Dedication? (if you want a dedication, make sure you fill this out!)
And I think that's it! Please remember to read all the rules and fill out the form completely Now get requesting!

Sorry I've kind of disappeared the past few days guys...  I was in Chicago Thursday night, yesterday, and this morning
I'm so glad you all like your graphics, Altariel, Fencing Maiden, and Larael!  You all make me blush
