I just felt like talking about each banner! And it takes me almost no time at all to do all those! It's becoming a habit (paste pictures, crop, think of new effects, add effects, text, border, flatten, voila).
And to answer your question: PSP, being Paint Shop Pro, right? That's an art program, like Photoshop. Image Shack is a hosting site. It allows you to take the pictures you have saved onto your computer and puts it online so other people can look at them. So, yeah they're completely different. Image Shack is not an art program. So, what I do is make a banner in Photoshop, then put it online using Image Shack. Not horribly mistaken, just a mite off! THERE you are, my dear Eowyn!! *hugs* I was beginning to worry about you! And thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much for the new banner!!!!!! (I loved the way you explained a little bit about each banner. And I TOTALLY know what you mean by creepy! The effects you did are incredible!) It's got to be one of my all time favorites so far. You are such an incredible artist!! THANK YOU!!!!
Oh, and if you want another wave (though it's just fine if you take your time), we can most definately start one for ya so you can have another all-cool surf! (you're a pretty good surfer, ya know that? 8) ) Could I have a banner with these pics?

OOOOHOOHOOHOO!!! *jumps and down happily* GLOOMY AND SAD!! GLOOMY AND SAD!!! YEHAW!! Eowyn you are a GENIUS!!!! I absolutely love the color effects you put to it, and, as usual, the text is astonishingly perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!  (btw, I love your little explanations. )

Oh Eowyn, that is so beautiful!!! You arranged the pictures absolutely perfectly...and you're right, they did mesh together nicely, but the way you put it together made it all the better. You are so kind! Thank you SO much!!! (btw, I also loved the little comments you stuck on there!) Your work is truly and absolutely splendid!
May I add to the wave as well?  I know you're already a professional surfer by now, but you're so good at it, might as well give it another round, hm? May I have a banner with these pics:
