I've opened this thread for requests now! However, you may only request an icon. No banners, wallpapers, ect. I have a claiming thread for that
Anyway, the rules for grabbing the icons below stil apply, but here are the rules for requesting 
1. Please only request 1 icon at a time. I do have a life you know
2. Please don't ask for more than 5 words of text on your icon. It's a small space to work with, and very hard to put a lot of text on it without making the icon look terrible.
3. If possible, please post the picture you want the icon to be of.
4. The most pictures I can have on one icon is 3, and even that is pretty hard. If possible, please only ask to put one picture on your icon.
5. I do not dedicate icons.
6. Please, please, please credit me when you can
7. Fill out this form for requesting:

Well, seeing as I have an obsession with making icons, and probably will never be able to use them all, I'll just post them here
