There is really only one way to do it without having to crop it or stretch it. That would be for me (Or someone) to put it in the middle of an 80x80 avatar. Something like this... 
If you'd like me to give it a try I will.

Cool. Just tell me... What color do you want the background? Or do you want me to use a picture? Any brushes or borders (Like in the example)? Where in the avatar do you want the clip?

can this be the still pic: http://www.unliketheworld.net/caps/disp ... 3&pos=3256 and in the avvy, I want the clip to kinda of be like the Arwen one, only make the animation a little bigger, and the still. pic a little smaller. thats fine and it has to be 80x80, since, I wanna use it for a Narnia forum.
